Okay, if you’re like me and you don’t always stay in one place you usually have certain items that always go with you. In my case my parents are divorced and I jump from house to house whenever I really like to right now. So for those spur of the moment trip to anywhere here is a list of things you may want to take with you. You may not use all of them, but it’s always helpful to have them.

1. Ear Buds, Headphones. Personally I never try to leave my house without these and obviously my Mp3 Player. Most people would worry mostly about the Mp3 Player, but that is pretty usesless with out headphones. Always bring headphones. You never know when you’re not going to be able to sleep because of birds or something.

2. Phone and charger if you’re a texter. Besides if you get really bored you never know what fun you can stir up with someone else who’s bored. Also if you ever get in trouble you need a plan b.

3. Spare clothing. If you can afford the room of an over night bag, do it. If not always known whether  the place you’re going has either a way to wash your clothes or if you go there often enough build up a nice little store of clothes.

3. Wallet/Money. It doesn’t matter if you’re going to stay with a parent or a close friend or even a boyfriend or girlfriend. ALWAYS have cash on you. It’s nice to have a credit or debit card but cash is always the best. Not just a few dollars either. Have at least 20 to 40. Enough for a cab or a really crappy hotel. Enough to get you through a night or a day until you can get back home.

5. Chapstick. It is a very big must. I usually keep like 3 different kinds of chapstick or lip gloss in my bag. I have a plain chapstick, a little more girly lip gloss, and a girly lip gloss. You never know what you will be doing and what you will need.

Okay, usually these are the only real things you could need when you randomly decide to go on a “vacation”.
